Michael Proebstle, a long time circulation executive with many newspapers, including the St. Petersburg Times, San Diego Union-Tribune, and Detroit Free Press, and who most recently served as VP/Circulation of Philadelphia Newspapers, publisher of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News, has joined iControl as VP/Publisher Relations.  Mr. Proebstle will report to CEO Tal J. Zlotnitsky.
