In order to efficiently transmit your sales data to iControl, we recommend that you set up a data interface with us. 

This data interface will allow your organization to send us sales data from your circulation management system without having to key-punch the data a second time.  

Your sales data can be emailed or FTP'ed to the iControl system.  We will then process the file back and record any discrepancy in your data vs. the data reported by the retailer. Your data will always trump the retailer's data.The file format of the data transfer should match this file: click here to download

Finally, the data file can either be emailed to giladk@icontrolusa.com or FTP'ed to the iControl server.

Note - in order to setup the stores that you service, iControl will need your titles, UPCs, pricing, etc. 

You can either:

1) Follow steps 1-3 online at www.icontrolusa.com or

2) Click here to download the iControl setup spreadsheet .  

The setup spreadsheet only needs to be completed one-time.

Then, every week, you will only need to update us with your  sales info.
