iControl and Cumberland Farms today announced the transition of the chains program from phase I to phase II.  In a letter to publishers and distributors, Cumberland Farms Mike Esposito wrote that the program had "achieved its goals" and indicated that Cumberland Farms is looking forward to "a record setting year of newspaper sales with you and iControl in 2009." Cumberland Farms has nearly doubled scanned sales between July 2008 and January 2009.  For a complete text of the letter, please click here
